Phase 2

Haverford Township has identified several substantive updates to the zoning ordinance that will be addressed in Phase 2. The updates are based on a review of the comprehensive plan, line-by-line review of the ordinance, and community input from residents, business owners, and stakeholders. It also includes information based on input from those who administer and enforce the code, such as the zoning officer, planning commission, and zoning hearing board.
